Certificate of Origin
Certificate of origin of goods - a document certifying that the goods were produced in the territory of the exporting country. Required by the customs authorities of the importing country for export-import procedures, with the help of which tariff and non-tariff measures are implemented to regulate the import of goods into the customs territory of the country and the export of goods from it.
The absence of a certificate is the basis for charging doubled state duty rates.

Product List
Forms of certificates of origin of products
Certificates of origin are divided into types, there are 5 forms:
- Form "A". Issued for goods subjected to tariff preferences for the export of products to Turkey, the USA, Canada, Montenegro. When trading with an "A" form certificate, the bearer receives a 25% discount on the customs duty on importing goods.
- Form "ST-1". Issued for operations on the territory of the CIS member states. When trading between the CIS countries, foreign economic activity participants can reduce the rate of customs duties to 0%.
- Form "ST-2". Issued for the import-export of goods from / to the territory of Serbia. When trading with a certificate of the ST-2 form, the bearer is exempted from paying customs duties when importing Russian goods into Serbia and Serbian goods into the Russian Federation.
- EAV form. Issued for goods produced or received in the Russian Federation, exported to Vietnam. When trading with an "EAV" form certificate, the bearer is exempted from paying customs duties when importing Russian goods to Vietnam.
- General form. This document applies to all countries of the world. It is used in cases where it is impossible to issue other certificates.
