The applicant organization is responsible for the information specified in the declaration of conformity.

Possible reasons for cancellation:

- Failure to pass the annual inspection control (IC) within the framework of the issued certificate of conformity - either the applicant himself refused to undergo the IC, or the test results or the production analysis report revealed non-compliance with product safety requirements.
- Liquidation of the applicant's organization. Again, by notification, or if some supervisory authority finds that the organization is no longer working.
- Identification by the control body of non-compliance of products with the requirements of the regulations. For example, when it is revealed that products of poorer quality are being sold than were provided for testing.
- Change in the design, materials of manufactured products.
- By decision of the applicant.
- Providing false information about the applicant / manufacturer of products, about the addresses of the places of activity.

If any of the violations described above are detected, the document is first suspended so that the applicant can try to challenge everything that is imputed to him. If the applicant fails to do so, the document is declared invalid.
